Climbing Frame Theropy

Another dream I had last night.
I dreamed that I was on a climbing frame with my sister, Colleen.
She was asking if I used the "special technique" to lose weight.
I said I did, and she said something about I didn't need to lost weight, i'm skinny already.
I then remember jumping off it in a strange way, which was probably the "special technique".
